Archives at the Arche Museum, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. Atelier DeLibro intervented in October 2019 for two tasks. The first one was training the staff of the archives with an introduction course about basics in Preventive Conservation (including housing, handling, storage facilities, protocol for entry/exit of documents, emergency plan...) and Curative Conservation (mechanical cleaning, basic housing boxes and folders, conservation and housing materials). https://la1ere.ftvi-preprod.fr/saintpierremiquelon/saint-pierre-spm/arche-travail-fastidieux-mieux-proteger-archives-772157.html The second one was to develop a project for inventory and re-housing of the full collection as well as targetting the main current issues : re-organisation of spaces, change in some protocols, writting of policies for reader access, storage facilities access, recording. The inventory will start by the end of the year 2022.
